Withdrawal Process

Sloty takes player security very seriously by making sure that the money going out from your account will be fully checked. As part of our 'Know Your customer' procedure, in conjunction with the gaming commission, we are also required to approve your identity before your withdrawal can be reviewed and processed.

Therefore, in order to process your withdrawal, we need to verify your identity upon your first withdrawal. Please note that once your account is verified, the withdrawal review will take up to 48 hours.

What do you need to do?

a) Proof of ID – can be one of the following:

  • Passport - A clear picture/good quality scan of the two first full pages of a valid passport (all the information such as security codes and holograms must be visible)
  • Driving license / National ID card / Citizen Card or Proof of Age Card (only for UK) - A clear picture/good quality scan of both sides of a valid card (all the edges of the card must be visible; the card should not be torn or damaged)

    b) Proof of Payment – (According to your deposit method)

    Credit card: A clear picture of both sides (front and rear) of your credit card showing the expiration date, full name on the card and the first 6 and 4 last numbers on the card. (All the edges of the card must be visible and not cut). The rear side must be signed.

    E-Wallets: Skrill / Neteller - A screenshot from your personal E-Wallet account (Settings and Personal info) with your name and with your email/ID number clearly visible (usually in the upper right corner of the web page).

    Bank statement/s: Trustly/Entercash - A screenshot from your online bank account with the number of a bank account and your full name visible, or a PDF/picture from a physical copy of the bank statement (the account number, the name of the bank and your full name must be visible).

    Proof of Transaction:

    Euteller/Sofort - A screenshot from your online bank account or a PDF version/a picture of a physical copy of the bank statement with the transaction made to the casino (Worldpay AP Limited for Sofort and Euteller OY for Euteller) and your name clearly visible.

    Pugglepay (Zimpler) - A screenshot from your personal Zimpler account or a PDF file downloaded from www.zimpler.com that clearly shows your full name and the transactions made to casino visible (including the dates).

    Prepaid card: Paysafecard - A screenshot from your personal Paysafecard account with the account number and the transaction made to the casino/a voucher (receipt) with a PIN number, the amount of the deposit and the date of the deposit.

    c) Proof of address - one of the following:

    Bank statement or letter

    Official monthly utility bill (water, electricity, energy, mobile, TV/internet, newspaper/magazine subscription or gas bill)


    Tax bill (including vehicle tax)

    Any formal letter received from an official organisation

    Rental agreements (only with official organisations)

    Proof of insurance payments

    PDF version/clear pictures from physical copies of the documents. The original document/s should not be older than 3 months. Promotional letters, personal letters, all types of one-time invoices and bills from stores will not be accepted as proof of address. A picture must show a full page with all the edges of the document visible. The document in the picture must be big enough (ideally the pictures you provide are no bigger than 100 KB).
